There are no cancellation fees, but we request that you cancel before your order enters the production or shipping stage.

• New and unused items can be returned within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery for a full refund.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

• Items must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition.

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

• If the product is found to be defective or incorrect, we will issue a full refund and cover return shipping.

• Items on sale, custom, or personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or model within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
